Delivery

We aim to despatch all orders within a maximum of 2 working days. Most items are despatched by courier, and will usually require a signature upon delivery.

Delivery is free to the UK Mainland for a reasonable number of items. If for any reason this is not feasible or we are unable to deliver your order for free then we will contact you to give you the opportunity to change or cancel your order.

Refunds & Returns

We are committed to selling high quality products which we hope you will be delighted with. However, if for any reason you change your mind about your order within 30 days then you may return the items to us, unused and in their original packaging, for a full refund.

If you have used the items and for some reason you are not satisifed with their performance, please send photographic or other evidence to us by email, and we then work with you to resolve the problem.
